I often use black pants, and like longer pants with bootcut when wearing heels. Therefore I bought 30' instead of 28' (that would be good when wearing flat shoes). They fit well, a bit on the loose side which is fine, it's nice that they aren't too tight. But if I wanted a tight fit I think I could have bought XS, which normally is too tight for me.
